How to use this hair milk?

Apply 10-15 sprays to washed, towel-dried hair.
Do not rinse, and proceed with styling.

It is possible to apply the product as a moisturizing finish, vaporizing it on the hands and then distributing it evenly on the hair, if they are particularly dehydrated. If your hair is frizzy and unruly, you can apply OI All in One Milk after OI Conditioner to provide extra moisture and make your hair even softer and silkier.

For extra moisture, spray on hands and distribute on dehydrated areas.

I have tried several times now to use the All in One Milk - I use it on damp hair and the next day my hair is more freezy than before, tangled, very dry, without any definition. This product does not work on my hair. It is very expensive so I wish I knew how to fix it and make it work for my hair.
