Some customers with ultra-fine hair might find this product too heavy, in which case we recommend using it only on the ends of your hair.

We recommend using OI Conditioner on wet or damp hair, rather than dry hair. When hair is wet or damp, it is able to absorb the hydration from this softening conditioner so that your hair gets the most out of this conditioning treatment. Wet hair also allows the conditioner to spread more easily so that you may incorporate the product into every strand.
