Hello, I came from quebec, in canada.
My hairdresser advised me to go see a specialist to have her look at my head since I had really intense hair loss. She recommended this shampoo and immediately I saw results. I was losing almost no hair and my hair is healthier. Unfortunately it is difficult to get Davine products in salons or hair product stores. I can never find it. I have to buy online. Otherwise my hair gets dirty quickly, I try to stretch out my washes as much as I can to allow for better hair health.

I recently placed a large order that included this product. Unfortunately when this product arrived, I noticed the ingredient list contained some harmful ingredients that my scalp cannot tolerate. I’ve reached out to Davines to request a refund and they initially replied by asking if I wanted a credit or refund. When I replied I wanted a refund, I then got radio silence from them. I’ve followed up since and still heard nothing. It’s been 2 weeks! I initiated a new request and so far the same thing is happening. I’m stunned. Is Davines ‘ghosting’ me because I’ve requested a refund? Surely that cannot be legal, and even if it is, it’s completely unethical. I’ve never encountered customer service like this. And if someone at Davines is seeing this and is surprised to be reading this, then please reach out to me directly to correct this issue immediately. Until then, I would advise future customers to be very careful when ordering from Davines.

I love the smell, and volumizing effect of this shampoo, but I have found after a month of use (as per directions) my hair is shedding much more than usual. Not sure if this is just my experience with the product but I’ve decided to stop using it.

This is the only line which helps with hairloss, of course you need to know how to use it correctly as this is more like a prescription. i have a sensitive scalp and I like to alternate it with well being or calming shampoo, the energizing shampoo with accompanying energizing serum it starts working from the very first week, by the end of first month, I see tons of baby hairs sprouting but consistency is key.
