I recently placed a large order that included this product. Unfortunately when this product arrived, I noticed the ingredient list contained some harmful ingredients that my scalp cannot tolerate. I’ve reached out to Davines to request a refund and they initially replied by asking if I wanted a credit or refund. When I replied I wanted a refund, I then got radio silence from them. I’ve followed up since and still heard nothing. It’s been 2 weeks! I initiated a new request and so far the same thing is happening. I’m stunned. Is Davines ‘ghosting’ me because I’ve requested a refund? Surely that cannot be legal, and even if it is, it’s completely unethical. I’ve never encountered customer service like this. And if someone at Davines is seeing this and is surprised to be reading this, then please reach out to me directly to correct this issue immediately. Until then, I would advise future customers to be very careful when ordering from Davines.
