The feel of the product is lovely in your hair, it made it soft, the packaging is resealable which is helpful since there's plenty of product to do multiple applications. The thing I couldn't take was the smell, it was so, so strong, and reminded me of the sachets my grandmother would put in her clothing drawers. I could barely leave it in my hair the 10 minutes the smell was so strong. I was conscientious to thoroughly rinse it out, but the smell remained. It continued to bother me, even making my cough while sleeping. I used a clarifying shampoo the next morning to fet rid of the strong smell. If you are sensitive to smells I would not recommend this product. P.S. I love the smell of the Oi oil.
