We are excited to announce the new ambassador of Davines' hair identity. Join us in giving Tom a warm welcome!
Tom Connell is Davines' Hair Art Director, a brand new role created to develop our hair identity — this will include Tom's strong involvement in the making of our photographic collections, hair shows and Davines Education program.
His style is composed of unique pieces that tell their own stories outside of the concept of fashion.

What made me fall for Davines was a combination of the company aesthetics and social values. To have the opportunity to help develop the creative vision of such a unique company, that plays such an important role in the industry, was extremely interesting to me.
Tom Connell
Hair Art Director — Davines
Tom is a young and extremely talented stylist. He was born in Manchester, England, where his parents used to run a salon.
Since hairstyling has always been a part of his life, it's not surprising that at sixteen years old Tom moved to London to develop his identity as a stylist. While there he soaked up the creative influences of that international melting pot.
Most recently, Tom has been a part of the Trevor Sorbie team, taking the role of Artistic Director in 2015.

My approach is to provide the education and processes to help people innovate, not replicate. To leave the person with more than haircut or colour techniques, I want to help people approach their work with fresh eyes, look for inspiration in unusual places and give them the skills to produce truly original work.
